What People's Say About Place

Thames Waterside Bar and Grille is my favorite spot in Bristol to grab a drink! They have a beautiful rooftop deck with views of Narragansett Bay, how can you beat that? There’s live music on weekends, and if you get hungry, pop on down for a delicious bite with water views as well. This review was made in connection with a Toast Promotion.

Nice quiet waterside view. Doug was our server. Attentive, pleasent and engaging. Food was delicious, chicken pot pie, burger, baked code and mahi for entrees and brownie, apple crumbs pie and gelato for dessert. We'll be back, looking forward to trying the out food seating when it gets warm. A definite must try. You won't be disappointed.

What a view! A great bar and restaurant to enjoy good food, good service, and on a beautiful day the view of Bristol Bay. I went during the week , but it was busy, so please be prepared, especially with a large group. I had the tun poke salad. It was extremely good and filling. Just be aware that it is on the spicy side. All other good that was brought out to the tables looked good, and customers enjoyed it. I appreciated that although the water came in a plastic cup, my drink was served in a glass. The waitress was nice. The upstairs bar wasn't open, but I went up to take a look. Beautiful views all around.

Staff was efficient. Food was decent, not over the top. Portion sizes on the small size, but expected. Atmosphere and view were the ultimate reason for the visit.

Absolutely terrific clam chowder - best we've tried so far anywhere. Really good burger, our 10 yo couldn't stop eating and almost finished it :) I loved fish and chips - tasty, almost unbreakable crust and flaky and flavorful fish inside. Huge portion BTW. Zesty tartar sauce. Loved it all. Also I took a smoked pineapple sour cocktail - really good, recommended! The only thing we didn't appreciate much was stuffed quahogs. But that's probably just us , since we've decided to try it for the first time. It looks like they are understaffed still - the service was quite a bit slow , despite the fact there were tables available. But the patio ambiance, the waterfront views create the perfect settings for a dinner

Really fun nightspot in Bristol RI for adults of all ages. Great band. Fun times. Good drinks.

Valentine’s Day dinner could not have been better. Amanda and Joseph took wonderful care of us. Soup, salad, main course and desert were delicious. They will not disappoint.

I picked the restaurant so that we could have a lovely sunset dinner. The location more than delivered. Not only did we get a great sunset, but we had a real show as a thunder storm blew in. The covered patio offered a dry place, even during the storm, with open sides for a nice breeze after a hot day. Sarah was out delightful server. She has great recommendations for drinks and dinner as well as giving us this on where to go for breakfast the next day. The baked haddock was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The steak tips were done with a nice char and a flavorful marinade.
